Proceeding contribution from Baroness Howe of Idlicote (Crossbench) in the House of Lords on Monday, 6 July 2009. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Policing and Crime Bill.
Policing and Crime Bill
I also support the noble Baroness, Lady Hanham, who has asked some very reasonable questions and has pointed out what looks, on the fact of it, like a contradiction. I hope that the Minister can answer.
