Proceeding contribution from Lord Lloyd of Berwick (Crossbench) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 15 July 2009. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Coroners and Justice Bill.
Coroners and Justice Bill
The difference between the three tests is clearly set out in Lord Justice Gage’s report. They saw a difference between the three tests and rejected the one which is proposed by the Government. So there is a difference between them.
