Parliamentary Standards Bill

Amendment 78 78: After Clause 8, insert the following new Clause— "Article IX of the Bill of Rights 1689 Notwithstanding any provision of the European Communities Act 1972 (c. 68), the European Convention of Human Rights or the Human Rights Act 1998 (c. 42), nothing in this Act shall be construed by any court in the United Kingdom as affecting Article IX of the Bill of Rights 1689."
