Parliamentary Standards Bill

Amendment 79ZA 79ZA: After Clause 8, insert the following new Clause— "Criminal investigations and proceedings Where any criminal investigation or proceedings are concerned with the same or related matters which are the subject of an investigation or proceedings by the Committee on Standards and Privileges, the investigation or proceedings by that Committee shall not proceed until the criminal investigation or proceedings are completed."
