Yes, they have. My hon. Friend the Member for Elmet (Colin Burgon) praised a Foreign Office Minister—I think he meant my hon. Friend the Member for Rhondda—for his quick response concerning the military junta that has taken over the Government in Honduras. I will pass on his comments, but also his concern that the Government should take up the implacable position that he would like.
