Amendment 130 130: Clause 49, page 31, line 32, at end insert— "( ) If the home authority receive a notification under section 562F(7) or 562G(3), (5) or (6), subsection (3) shall apply as if the words "where it appears to the home authority appropriate to do so" have been omitted from it."
