Clause 61: Performance Assessments Amendment 153A 153A: Clause 61, page 45, line 19, at end insert— "( ) When the YLPA devises the funding formulae on performance it shall ensure that no education provider will be financially disadvantaged for enrolling disabled students onto their mainstream courses."
