Welfare Reform Bill
I thank the noble Lord for correcting me. I think that that is right; it was not my intention to suggest otherwise. I am quite happy with that provision, as long as the Minister remains vigilant about any potential gaps. On that basis, I am happy to withdraw the amendment. Amendment 2 withdrawn. Amendment 3 not moved.
