Amendments 49 and 50 49: Schedule 3, page 82, line 42, at end insert— "(5A) Regulations under this paragraph must include provision for securing that a person is not required to submit to medical or surgical treatment without the person’s consent." 50: Schedule 3, page 82, leave out lines 45 to 47 Amendments 49 and 50 agreed.
