Amendment 52 52: Schedule 3, page 84, line 28, at end insert— "(aa) in paragraph 10A(1), which is inserted by section (Good cause for failure to comply with regulations etc)(2), after "13" insert "or Schedule 1A"," Amendment 52 agreed. Amendment 53 not moved.
