Arrangement of Business
My Lords, with the leave of the House, my noble friend the Leader of the House will repeat a Statement entitled "October European Council" at a convenient point after 3.40 pm. I am also pleased to be able to inform the House that we intend to prorogue at the conclusion of business in both Houses on Thursday 12 November. As ever, the timing of Prorogation will depend on the progress of business.
