Proceeding contribution from Lord Bradshaw (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Lords on Monday, 9 November 2009. It occurred during Debates on delegated legislation on Rail Vehicle Accessibility (Networks) Exemption Order 2009.

Rail Vehicle Accessibility (Networks) Exemption Order 2009
