Proceeding contribution from Baroness Hollis of Heigham (Labour) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 12 November 2009. It occurred during Debate on bill on Welfare Reform Bill.

Welfare Reform Bill

I wanted the noble Lord to stand up before I sat down, which I shall if he wishes to speak. Therefore, he has plenty of—how shall I put it?—formal opportunity to respond to the question that I put to him. I note that he does not.
