Proceeding contribution from Lord Skelmersdale (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 12 November 2009. It occurred during Debate on bill on Welfare Reform Bill.
Welfare Reform Bill
My Lords, I remind both the Minister and the noble Baroness, Lady Hollis, that, in a debate of this sort, leave can only be given to speak again on a material point in my noble friend’s speech. He did not mention childcare tax credits at all.
