Proceeding contribution from Lord Woolf (Crossbench) in the House of Lords on Friday, 11 December 2009. It occurred during Debate on bill on Rehabilitation of Offenders (Amendment) Bill [HL].

Rehabilitation of Offenders (Amendment) Bill [HL]

Before the next speaker rises, perhaps your Lordships might forgive me if I do now what I failed to do during my speech, despite the note that I made to myself about the need to declare an interest. I have the privilege to be an honorary officer of many bodies working in this field.
