Proceeding contribution from Lord Boyd of Duncansby (Labour) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 6 January 2010. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Cluster Munitions (Prohibitions) Bill [HL].

Cluster Munitions (Prohibitions) Bill [HL]

My Lords, following on from the noble Lord’s remarks, it is also important that munitions are kept for training those who may have to deal with disposing of them. It may be that in some guidance greater clarification can be given to that purpose.
