Proceeding contribution from Lord Clement-Jones (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 6 January 2010. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Digital Economy Bill [HL].
Digital Economy Bill [HL]
Before the Motion is put, I point out that mine is the next amendment. Therefore, I had a particular interest, and if the Minister had bothered to ask me, I would have said that probably we would have dispatched this amendment in five minutes, which would have brought us up to exactly half past. So I am not happy with the moving of the Motion at this particular moment, and I assure the Minister that we will make the same point over and over again if he does not consult these Benches.
