I thank the Minister for giving away again; he is very generous. He must acknowledge that the survey may well identify the fact that parents are dissatisfied because their child cannot get into the school of their choice, but the local authority can do precisely nothing about it because of the way in which the Greenwich judgment operates and the way in which the admissions policy operates for some schools. What will the local authority do when that annual survey says that parents are dissatisfied?
