With this it will be convenient to discuss the following: amendment 2, page 1, line 5, after '2014,', insert 'the structural element of'. Amendment 3, in clause 5, page 3, line 28, after 'expressions "', insert 'the structural element of'. I should say to the Committee at this stage that in view of my selection of amendments in relation to clause 1, I am not minded to have a stand part debate on that clause.
