Child Poverty Bill

My Lords, I support the amendment because it is surely not the intention of the Bill to make marginal children invisible. Of all the children who actually need help, the greatest numbers are asylum seekers and Gypsies, who have virtually no access to other resources. I assume that this is not the intention of the Bill. Therefore, it is important to make it clear in the Bill that those children are included and their well-being is at the centre of the Bill.
