Proceeding contribution from Peter Bone (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 21 January 2010. It occurred during Debate on bill on Bournemouth Borough Council Bill [Lords].
Bournemouth Borough Council Bill [Lords]
I am looking with some concern at clause 5(1)(a) and (b). Paragraph (a) refers to""visits from house to house"." In Wellingborough, houses are often right next door to each other; they are certainly not 200 metres apart. Have I misread that provision? If one employed a 200 metre provision, one could not go from house to house.
