Proceeding contribution from Viscount Hailsham (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 26 January 2010. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee of the Whole House (HC) on Constitutional Reform and Governance Bill.
Constitutional Reform and Governance Bill
I understand the hon. Gentleman's point. May I put this slightly different question to him? Given where we now are, would he support Ministers in the other place being able to come to this place to respond to questions and perhaps to advance arguments in debate?
