I am grateful to my right hon. and learned Friend. May I inform him, as joint chairman together with the hon. Member for Central Ayrshire (Mr. Donohoe) of the all-party group on first past the post, that the largest contingent of that all-party group is made up of Labour Scottish MPs who have seen at first hand the chaos and mayhem that this system has brought to elections north of the border?
