Order. I have the point. [Interruption.] Order. I will not allow this sitting to descend to the level of a bar-room brawl. Let us have some sense. That was not a point of order. Furthermore, if right hon. and hon. Members were prepared to listen to what is being said, I might be able to hear it, too. Do not bring the behaviour of the main Chamber down to this Chamber, where we usually concentrate on having a fairly delicate, logical, clear and polite exchange of views. That is what Parliament is all about.
