Proceeding contribution from Lord Faulkner of Worcester (Labour) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 4 March 2010. It occurred during Debate on Ports: Draft National Policy Statement.

Ports: Draft National Policy Statement

I thank the noble Lord. The best I can do is to ensure that his comments are drawn to the attention of Network Rail and I am sure that it will get in touch with him with a response. I have heard the noble Lord make these points before, but it does no harm for him to repeat them this afternoon. I undertake that we shall continue to study the consultation responses and the report of the Transport Committee.
