Amendment 22, in clause 27, page 74, line 21, leave out subsection (9). Amendment 64, page 74, line 22, at end insert 'or for a period not exceeding 56 days whichever shall be the earlier'. Amendment 2, in clause 28, page 74, line 34, after 'consider', insert- '( ) the welfare of any person under the age of eighteen whose interests the court considers relevant to the making of the DVPO (whether or not that person is an associated person), and'. Amendment 54, page 75, line 7, after 'also', insert ', unless such a provision is incompatible with any legal obligations imposed on P by another court or other lawful authority,'.
