International Financial Transactions (Tax)
I thank my hon. Friend for that intervention. He made the point in his inimitable way. Colleagues from all parties supported the Robin Hood tax when it was launched in the House a week or so ago. I, for one, want it to be done on a non-partisan, all-party basis, so that we have something lasting.
