Proceeding contribution from John Hemming (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Commons on Wednesday, 17 March 2010. It occurred during Adjournment debate on Migrant Domestic Workers (Visas).

Migrant Domestic Workers (Visas)

We are talking about a high percentage of people being willing to take the risk of a sanction against them—that is the critical thing.
