I agree with my hon. Friend that we should never apologise for that. Every opportunity should be used to try to achieve a resolution. We must all play a full part in the search for a resolution, but the ultimate responsibility to help rests with Her Majesty's Government. I cannot state more strongly that the people who invested in the PMS need help, and they need it now.
