The question is that leave be given— ... Order. I hope that the point of order relates to the Bill. ...Order. I apologise for having to interrupt the hon. Gentleman—it is always a pleasure to hear his points of order—but I am afraid that the short answer to his question is no. The reason is that the motion needs to be put forthwith, so the question of the pursuit of explanations sadly does not arise.
