Regional Economy (Tackling the Recession)
Much of that progress would depend, of course, on public spending. The leader of the right hon. Gentleman’s party, who has expressed the wish to be Prime Minister when he grows up, has said that he would make savage cuts to public spending. Does the right hon. Gentleman support that view?
