Responding to the Downturn and Planning the Future Economy
It may be helpful if I remind Members of the timing for our debate. We have until 5.30 pm to complete our deliberations. I have no power to put a time limit on speeches, but I am sure that all Members will recognise, when judging the length of their contributions, that it would help if they were to allow time for all those Members who want to contribute to do so.
