My I just finish the sentence? Then I shall be delighted to allow my hon. Friend to intervene. It seems to me that the strongest bulwark against that serious breakdown is to ensure that we have an admissions policy that is fair in the broadest sense, as suggested by the hon. Member for Brighton, Pavilion (Caroline Lucas).
