With this it will be convenient to discuss the following: amendment 62, page 5, line 25, leave out 'review' and insert 'appeal'. Amendment 63, page 5, line 26, leave out 'review' and insert 'appeal'. Amendment 64, page 5, line 43, at end insert- '"Local Commissioner" has the meaning given by section 23 of the Local Government Act 1974.'.
