First, let me briefly comment on the fact that before you took the Chair, Mr Hoyle, we had a former miner in the Chair and two Tellers who were also former miners, so, as the MP for the Rhondda I felt quite at home. But that has absolutely nothing to do with the amendment, I am afraid. The amendment has been charmingly moved by the hon. Member for Epping Forest (Mrs Laing), who is absolutely right.
