Savings Accounts and Health in Pregnancy Grant Bill
The right hon. Gentleman is being extremely generous. I may not necessarily be supporting the tuition fee proposal of my hon. Friend the Financial Secretary to the Treasury, but at least he is increasing maintenance grants for the poorest students, which the Labour Government did not manage to do.
