Parliamentary Voting System and Constituencies Bill

I am telling the hon. Gentleman why, if he will just listen. The boundaries in force in England for the first time at the general election in May were based on electoral register data that were 10 years out of date. I do not think that is acceptable, and nor should Opposition Members.
