Proceeding contribution from Baroness May of Maidenhead (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 23 November 2010. It occurred during Ministerial statement on Controlling Migration.

Controlling Migration

We are considering the measures that could be taken against those colleges or so-called colleges that just enable students to come here to work and then stay on, rather than be removed. As I said in answer to a number of other hon. Members who raised this or similar issues, this is the Government who are committed to strengthening our borders through the border police command within the national crime agency.
