European Union Bill
Through this Bill we are making the Government more accountable to the British people for what they do in Europe. We are ensuring that any new proposal to take powers from this place to Brussels will involve the people in having the final say. I commend the Bill to the House. Question put, That the amendment be made. The House divided: Ayes 195, Noes 330.
