Proceeding contribution from Mike Weatherley (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 14 December 2010. It occurred during Adjournment debate on Sentencing (Green Paper).
Sentencing (Green Paper)

Friend agree that sentencing and the number of people in prison should be determined by the sentences rather than the ability of the Government to house those prisoners, and that it is the responsibility of Government to ensure that suitable premises are available if sentences are passed?
