HIV and AIDS in the United Kingdom Committee

That a Select Committee be appointed to consider HIV and AIDS in the United Kingdom, and that, as proposed by the Committee of Selection, the following members be appointed to the Committee: L Fowler (Chairman), L Gardiner of Kimble, B Gould of Potternewton, B Healy of Primrose Hill, B Hussein-Ece, L McColl of Dulwich, B McIntosh of Hudnall, B Masham of Ilton, L May of Oxford, L Rea, B Ritchie of Brompton and B Tonge; That the Committee have power to appoint specialist advisers; That the Committee have power to send for persons, papers and records; That the Committee have power to adjourn from place to place within the United Kingdom; That the evidence taken by the Committee shall, if the Committee so wishes, be published; That the Committee do report by 20 July 2011; That the Report of the Committee shall be printed, regardless of any adjournment of the House. Motion agreed.
