Proceeding contribution from Lord Wallace of Tankerness (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Lords on Monday, 20 December 2010. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Parliamentary Voting System and Constituencies Bill.

Parliamentary Voting System and Constituencies Bill

I am interested that the noble Lord, Lord Campbell-Savours, seems to have greater insight into what the Conservative Party would do than the Conservative Party itself seems to have. This was the basis of an agreement which has formed a stable Government for this country, and part of this agreement features in this Bill.
