Parliamentary Voting System and Constituencies Bill

The noble and learned Lord has sent this particular noble Lord home happy for Christmas. At last we have changed the Bill in some small regard. I am very grateful to him for his open-mindedness and his very clear explanation. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment 47 withdrawn. Amendment 48 not moved. Debate on whether Clause 8 should stand part of the Bill.
