European Union Bill
The hon. Gentleman is being extremely generous with his time. According to a report from his own European Scrutiny Committee,"““the term 'Parliamentary sovereignty' bears a number of meanings which can get confused.””" Does not the risk posed by his amendment lie in the fact that it is so simple that it allows for wide and different interpretations that might be exploited by the very courts about which he seems to be so worried?
