66ZA: Clause 11, page 9, line 23, at end insert— ““( ) For the purposes of rule 2(1) the electorate shall be defined as the registered electorate, adjusted by the Electoral Commission’s best estimate of the unregistered electorate. ( ) In making that estimate, the Electoral Commission shall take account of the known socio-economic profile of that constituency.””
