Proceeding contribution from Lord Lipsey (Labour) in the House of Lords on Monday, 31 January 2011. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Parliamentary Voting System and Constituencies Bill.

Parliamentary Voting System and Constituencies Bill

Coming so soon after the progress that we have made this afternoon, I obviously entirely accept what the Minister has said. Not all the ““t””s can be crossed and the ““i””s dotted but I am sure that they will be by the time we get to Report. With that, I am happy to beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment 100 withdrawn. Debate on whether Clause 13 should stand part of the Bill.
