22E: Clause 11, page 10, line 37, at end insert— ““Special authorities (1) The geographical area of a special authority shall, so far as is practicable having regard to the rules of this Schedule as they apply to England, form part of not more than one constituency at any time. (2) Where the geographical area of a special authority forms part of not more than one constituency, the name by which that constituency is known shall refer to that area. (3) In this rule, ““special authority”” has the same meaning as in section 144(6) of the Local Government Finance Act 1988.””
