Parliamentary Voting System and Constituencies Bill
25ZA: Clause 11, page 11, line 10, at end insert— ““Rutherglen, Cambuslang and Halfway (1) All parts of Rutherglen, Cambuslang and Halfway must be included in one constituency wholly within South Lanarkshire Council. (2) Rule 2 does not apply to these constituencies.””
