Proceeding contribution from Ian Davidson (Labour) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 8 March 2011. It occurred during Debate on bill on European Union Bill.

Proof of that is the fact that in the Barnsley by-election, the UK Independence party managed to beat the Conservatives. What does that say about public confidence in the Conservatives' position on Europe?
