Proceeding contribution from Julian Huppert (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Commons on Wednesday, 30 March 2011. It occurred during Debate on bill on Police Reform and Social Responsibility Bill.
Police Reform and Social Responsibility Bill (Programme) (No. 2)
Thank you, Madam Deputy Speaker. I apologise for being confusing; I was trying to be helpful. It is a pleasure in many ways to continue the work that we did on the Bill Committee with many right hon. and hon. Members whom I see around the Chamber. These are slightly larger, grander surroundings than those in which we had our last, rather extensive, discussions.
